The Website is not intended for children under 18 years of age. No one under 18 may provide any information to or on the Website. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 18 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. If you believe we may have information from or about a child under 18, contact us at info@praxissolutions.com.

We collect this information:

  • Directly from you when you provide it (for example, by filling out the contact form)
  • Automatically as you navigate through the Website. Information collected automatically may include usage details, IP addresses, and information collected through cookies, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies
  • From third parties that provide services in connection with the Website

  • Records and copies of your correspondence with us, including email
  • Your responses to any surveys we may conduct for research purposes

Information We Obtain From Third Parties

We obtain information from third parties that we work with or engage in connection with the Website, including service providers such as HubSpot (CRM), Google Analytics (analytics), and Vercel (hosting and analytics). If you provide data to any third party, your rights with respect to that data are also subject to the privacy policies of that third party.

Information We Collect Through Automatic Data Collection Technologies

As you navigate through and interact with the Website, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns, including:

You may refuse to accept browser cookies by activating the appropriate setting on your browser. However, if you select this setting you may be unable to access certain parts of the Website.
  • Web beacons. Pages of the Website and our emails may contain small electronic files known as web beacons that permit Praxis to, for example, count users who have visited those pages or opened an email, and to gather related Website statistics.

We do not currently respond to web browsers’ “do not track” signals. If we do so in the future, we will update this policy accordingly.
