Bill Dwyer

Executive Chairman

A 40+ year veteran of the securities industry and former President of LPL Financial, where he helped scale the firm into the largest independent broker-dealer in the United States. Bill brings to Praxis a depth of operating experience across distribution, advisor services, and firm building that defines how Praxis approaches every engagement. He chairs the board and partners with the executive team on strategy and growth.

John Sweeney

Chief Executive Officer

John leads Praxis as Chief Executive Officer. Previously Executive Vice President at Fidelity Investments, where he ran a multi-billion-dollar business line, and founder of Momentum Capital Partners. Most recently a senior leader at Figure Technologies. John combines deep wealth management operating experience with the technology fluency required to bring AI into production at scale.

Head of Product Development

Former COO of Pure Financial Advisors and Head of Product and Strategy at LPL Financial. Leads product development and engagement design across Praxis solutions.

Charlie Shaffer

Chief Revenue Officer & Managing Director

President and CRO of TIFIN AMP. Previously led global distribution at Russell Investments, Voya Investment Management, and Credit Suisse Asset Management. Leads revenue and growth at Praxis.

Mark Helliker

Chief Operating Officer

Former Managing Director at LPL Financial and SVP of Advisor Services at Charles Schwab. Runs day-to-day operations and client delivery at Praxis.

Formerly at Columbia Threadneedle Investments and Bitwise Asset Management, with 10+ years in financial services.
